As a lifetime member since 2019, I had an opportunity to reach out to Steven Grannis, President and founder of e-Real Estate. As I was going through and updating my certifications to stay current for 2026, I stumbled across my CREA (Certified Real Estate Agents) membership and realized that, over the years, I have not fully taken advantage of the resources it offers. Realizing what I had done, I reached out to Steve for an update on what had been happening over the last few years. Wow, he actually called me on the phone to let me know he is in the final stages of updating the entire website to include new features. Steve patiently explained his goals for the website and how Professional Real Estate Agents will benefit from the changes. In addition, Steve took the time to help update all my information on my dashboard. I can’t say how excited I am about moving forward, knowing I will be part of his team alongside all the other professional agents. To quote one of your other members, I highly recommend this site to other real estate professionals. In this technological age where 75% of home buyers begin their search on the internet, it is vital to have internet presence and a lot of it. Having this site exposes my listings and my expertise to a myriad of buyers and sellers out of my area but who may be looking to move into my area. Having enough content to keep them on my site enhances my chances of having them contact me with their real estate need. Great idea and very affordable!
