AFTER 44 YEARS IN THIS ENRICHING CAREER I CLOSED M6Y LAST ESCROW DEC 28 2012 AND TOSSED IN THE TOWEL.But I retain the fond memories of the wonderful buyers and sellers I served.Real estate is a people business --clients and other agents all have needs to be met-and I think this is one of the only professions that does not get paid till the job is done--till that escrow closed I put out talent and personal funds to meet my client's goal--when met, l was given my commission--Wish we could put politicians on the same pay basis!!!
