I was born in Delaware and have lived here my entire life; I went to The University of Delaware receiving a Bachelors degree in Business and Economics, graduated as a 2nd lieutenant in the U. S. Army and eventually, was honorably discharged as a Captain. My wife and I raised our children here. I believe Delaware is a state with so much to offer everyone.
