I have been a realtor®-associate for almost 16 years, serving most areas of the San Fernando Valley, and have also listed/sold properties in Burbank, Glendale, Mar Vista, West Hollywood and Los Angeles' Village Green Area.
I have recently received the professional designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and have begun to specialize in the area of marketing to and for senior citizens.
I am both a listing and selling agent, and while I enjoy working with mature buyers and sellers, I also very much enjoy working with first time buyers.
I am active on the Housing Committee at the Southern Regional Association of Realtors®, and was active for the past two years on the Equal Opportunity-Fair Housing Committee at SRAR.
So far as my non professional interests are concerned, I am an avid gardener, and an active member of the California Rare Fruit Growers.
I also enjoy choral singing, and have been an active choir member at St, Alban's Episcopal Church in Westwood since 1969.
Besides gardening and singing, I am also an avid cook, and enjoy exploring many cuisines, especially those of the Middle East and Southwest Asia.
