Having lived in the Research Triangle Area since 1982, I often wonder why anyone would want to live anywhere else! I have been associated with the local real estate market for more than 25 years, having both mortgage and real estate experience. I keep abreast of real estate changes in the Triangle Area by routinely attending seminars in finance, marketing, investments, ethics, RESPA and fair housing laws. I also keep up with the ever expanding growth this area continues to experience with regular attendance to various ″What's New″ seminars.
