Randy Sotka is a Nevada licensed creative Real Estate Broker, working Southern and Northern Nevada, primarily in the Reno/Sparks and Las Vegas/Henderson areas. He specializes in active adult lifestyle retirement living for age 55+ communities in Las Vegas, Henderson, Reno and Sparks, helping clients realize the many benefits owning real estate can provide, such as 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange and buying and selling Mortgage Notes for income as well as all other forms of traditional real estate buying, selling and trading. He has recently completed the Certified Real Estate Probate Specialist (CPRES) Designation with training in helping heirs deal with the loss of loved ones and how to best serve their interests with regard to inherited real estate.
