The offices cover the beach from Little River to Pawleys Island.
Rachel has served on the Century 21 NBCC twice and on the local Broker Council many times. She is now serving a 2-year term as Broker Council President for SC.
She has served as President of the local Association of REALTORS® three times, and holds the GRI, e-Pro, CRS, CRB, ABR and ABRM designations. She has been honored by Who’s Who editions on six occasions and is now a Life Member in the National Registry of Who’s Who.
In addition Rachel was honored as a SC Distinguished Honor Board President three times, Career Woman of the Year twice, South Carolina REALTOR® of the Year, Myrtle Beach REALTOR® of the Year and was presented the National Association of REALTORS® Omega Tau Rho Medal for Service plus the Pinnacle Award presented by the National CRB Association.
Real Estate is the only job she has ever held, beginning as a secretary and loan processor in 1964. She still loves the business and the beach!!
