Nick LaPlaca was ranked number nine out of 5,196 Coldwell Banker Affiliate sales associates in the state of California during the year 2000 and served as the president of the Northern California CRS Chapter in 2004.
LaPlaca has been a resident of the Pocket/Greenhaven areas of Sacramento for over 40 years . During his 35 year Real Estate career, he has participated on local and state boards of directors for the Sacramento Association of Realtors®, Trustee of SAR Scholarship Committee from 2010-2019, past President of the Master's Club, International President's Elite(one of CB's highest rankings)and was a Previews Property Specialist for Exceptional Properties. LaPlaca has earned his CRB,Certified Residential Specialist and SRES designations and is a Broker Associate in the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services-Drysdale Properties Real Estate office in Sacramento, California.
Prior to his career in Real Estate, LaPlaca earned bachelors, masters and a doctorate in educational administration from the University of the Pacific. LaPlaca also served as the assistant dean of University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California from 1973-1982.
