Kay Rosness

An Arizona resident since 1993, Kay joined Ventana Fine Properties in December 2009. In response to the state of the market, Kay completed Default School training in Septembr 2007. Since that time, she & her husband, Michael - also an Associate Broker - have worked with Premiere Asset Services & Single Source Solutions, listing and selling their REO propertis. They have completed 180 sales during that time. Their goal is to apply their professional knowledge and experience toward working with Buyers & Sellers, while facilitating diverse situations with respect and the thorough attention warranted for effective results. They attend classes, industry workshops & conferences regularly in order to network with associates nationwide & stay abreast of the most current information.

Kay holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Louis University, a lifetime Missouri teaching certificate, and has been a licensed Realtor^® since 1998. She acquired her Broker's license in 2004. Kay draws on her past experience as a professional free-lance writer as she consults with Buyers & Sellers to learn their goals and priorities and develop an action plan. The knowledge she gleans through this interview/consultation, togethr with her understanding of the Arizona Real Estate market, enables her to safeguard her clients' best interests and negotiate effectively on their behalf.
