Karen has been selling the Silver Valley since 1990. She is the Broker/Owner of Silver Legacy Realty in Kellogg. Karen is committed to providing professional service to her clients and customers. She continually furthers her education to better serve her clientele. Karen has obtained the following National Association of Realtors® professional designations: Graduate of the Realtor® Institute (GRI), Counsel of Residential Specialists (CRS) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR)in addition to receiving the Circle of Excellence Award for the last several years. Karen has served on the Professional Standards Committee of the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors® for the past 20+ years, has served as Directors of the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors®, the MLS and is a past President of the Historic Silver Valley Chamber of Commerce and is currently serving as Secretary/Treasurer.
