John Weyant was born in the Hudson Valley of New York State in the shadow of West Point Military Academy. John graduated from schools in N.Y. and went on to attend Orange County Community College and BOCES, a division of NYU. John worked for many years a sales rep for a large international company and in law enforcement. Some of the fondest memories of being back east are of the fall color change and of being a competitor in police combat pistol competitions. John relocated to the Idaho panhandle in 1979 to have a change of lifestyle and surroundings. Since coming to North Idaho John has established a reputation for being an honest hard working Realtor® and earning the Accredited Buyers Agent, Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate Realtors® Institute designations. John is one of the top agents in the Panhandle and presently serves as Bonner County MLS President. John also owned his own independant office for a number of years before selling it and becoming a part of River Mountain Realty.
