I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1984 working full time in my own brokerage firm, D&F Properties. In addition to Real Estate Sales I also am a loan
broker and property manage my own properties.

During my career I have managed
properties for clients from single-family residences to small apartment units and dedicated 9 years to banks selling foreclosures.

I keep up to date with my continuing education by reading literature relevant to real estate and the economy. I attend at least 2 real estate seminars per month covering
several topics given by my local board. I have a a few designation. I am a member of Santa Clara County Association of Realtors^®, CAR, and NAR.
