ABOUT BETH RYAN
Beth Ryan is Chicago born and raised, growing up and living with her husband, son, daughter and a dog on Chicago's north side. She attended Chicago Public Schools, Hayt Elementary & Senn High, and also has son Trevor currently enrolled at Agassiz Elementary. Beth's knowledge of the City neighborhoods and suburbs allows her a unique perspective in matching her client's needs to the best that Chicagoland has to offer. This expertise facilitates her service from a sales perspective both for selling and purchasing real estate.
Beth negotiates 50% in condominiums, 25% in single family homes, and 25% in investment property, representing both buyer and seller. She is also a property and investment owner. Beth has been awarded lifetime membership in the Million Dollar Club, has sold in the top 5% of all Chicago realtors® and continues to be a strong force in Chicago real estate.

Beth received undergraduate training at Western Illinois University (1982) where she received her bachelors degree in finance. Beth further advanced her training by attending Roosevelt University (1989) and receiving her MBA.
She began her professional career offering corporate and international banking and finance services for five years. Her real estate career began from the ground up, starting as a receptionist in 1988. She received her real estate license within two weeks and rapidly moved through the ranks. Beth quickly earned the respect of her first employer, Palormo Realty, where she was made Vice President and Relocation Director, and also became a real estate broker/salesperson. After 13 years, Beth moved to Regent Realty, where she served in a Vice President capacity.In 2004, she founded Ryan Realty & Associates, Inc.
