Born and raised in the Washington DC area, Todd graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Accounting, Finance and Real Estate. From his early days as the son of a Air Force officer and real estate Broker, Todd's career spans the financial services and entertainment industries, all the while percolating his passion for real estate and helping others achieve the American Dream of home ownership. Along the way he has received numerous awards for customer service, and believes strongly in his commitment to God, family, and to giving back to his community.
Todd's multi-faceted career brought him to the motion picture industry in Los Angeles, where he served in a variety of roles on forty-two motion pictures, ranging from "Wall Street," "Big," "Die Hard," "Home Alone," "Ace Ventura I & II" and "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves." Todd still enjoys producing short films and videos, and does so in his spare time.
Todd is a member of the National Ass'n of Realtors®, Texas Ass'n of Realtors®, the Austin Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors®, the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council and the Austin Board of Realtors® (ABOR) and a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute. He is also a member of CRB, the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers, the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), and is nearing completion on the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation. Todd is also an active member (and President-Elect) of the Rotary Club of Austin, the Westlake and Austin Chambers of Commerce, and a member of the Austin Film Society and the Texas Wine and Food Foundation. Todd also serves on the Business Advisory Committee for the Westbank Library (Laura Bush Library) Fundraising Committee, and also as a Trustee for the Eanes Educational Foundation. Todd has served on various ABOR Committees (including Realty Round-Up, the annual trade show for Realtors®) as well as the Community Service Committee, and helped to open and establish the West Austin office of Capital City Sotheby's. A member of Westlake Hills Presbyterian Church, Todd is also a founder and leader of a small business networking group, and enjoys time away with his family as much as possible. His hobbies include skiing, cycling, travel, and camping, and publishing his comedy-themed website www.WorldwideWitlist.com.
