Pamela spent the first seven years after college in commercial lending. In 1980 she got her real estate license and began working with RE/MAX Tyler. There she soon earned the RE/MAX Chairman's Club status and the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. In 2007 she opened her own RE/MAX office (RE/MAX Apex) and was so successful that she became an independent broker operating under the name The Pamela Walters Group. Currently, The Pamela Walters Group consists of a full time administrative staff handling listings, transactions and marketing and full time experienced Buyer's Agents who handle Buyer's needs from beginning to end! Under Pamela's leadership, this powerful group of professionals has been closing 200+ transactions annually. The mission of The Pamela Walters Group is to provide the absolute best real estate experience in East Texas with a team that is exceptionally dedicated to serving clients, and being their Realtors^® for Life.

The Pamela Walters Group is active in the community and supports the Salvation Army Women's Auxiliary, the Pegasus Project, and the East Texas SPCA. Pamela is currently on the Board of Directors of the Tyler Chamber of Commerce and Tyler Type One Diabetes, and is a committed member of the Rotary Club.
