Myself and my team of professionals which includes buyer's agents, transaction coordinator, short sale negotiator, marketing coordinator & listing coordinators work together to ensure the success of each real estate transaction.
I have sold El Dorado County, and surrounding counties, since 1987 achieving Top Producer the very first year of my real estate career. Throughout my career I am a Top Producer and Top Achiever, earning the designation for the International President's Elite award as well. As a Lyon Real Estate agent, I have achieved the Overall Top Producer for Lyon and Associates from 2004-2007, 2009-2015 as well as the Top Achiever distinction each year.
In 2012, my team earned the Wall Street Journal and Real Trends' "Top One Thousand Agents" distinction, ranking as the 144th Top Team nationwide. The Sacramento Magazine readers have honored our team with the "Select Real Estate Agents Award" February 2013.
I am a member of both our state and national Board of REALTORS®, have served as Director of the El Dorado Associations of REALTORS®, and have earned both the GRI and CRS designations. I am also Equator Certified-Platinum, REO Certified Agent for Res.net, Certified Distressed Property Expert, and Certified Relocation Agent. My membership in the Women's Council of REALTORS® is something I am very proud of.
My husband and I are proud parents of three wonderful children and 10 fabulous grandchildren. We moved from Colorado to El Dorado county and have love El Dorado county ever since. My daughter and son are now raising their children in El Dorado county with my first daughter raising her family in Utah. My best day is playing with my grandchildren and working with my clients.
