I received my real estate sales license in August of 1983, the same year as I married my wife Beverly. In 1988 I chose to move to the Mahoning Valley and sell real estate full time. I believe it to be the best place to raise my son Jonathan, and daughters, Tiffany and Allissa. The best way I can help support the Valley is to sell Mahoning County one house at a time. I passed the Broker's Exam in 1990. I continue to further my real estate education through books, tapes, and the Youngstown Columbiana Association of Realtors^® continuing education program. After 20 years with a national franchise I opened David Sokol Realty in September 2003.

David Sokol meets with all buyers before working with them. By meeting with buyers before the home search using specifically designed questions he can help you narrow down the search for a house with your specific needs. Based upon those specific needs he will develop a plan of attack to get you the best house for a payment that you feel comfortable with. He will also help the buyer become familiar with all the forms so that when they see the house that is right for them the process will not be so intimidating.
