I still love theatre and movies as well as reading: novels, biographies and leadership books; I volunteered in Project Second Chance as a tutor in 2006 and now am a volunteer at our local library in Brentwood. My first real job right out of college was an entry-level office job but moved up to Regional Controller. Tired of the corporate world, real estate seemed like a good idea, so winter/1990 made the leap. And have experienced both economic and technological ups and the downs. Growing up in Boise, ID, in a small business environment instilled a strong work ethic and a drive to do the right thing, which we know is not always the easy thing. She is active in organized real estate and has given back to the industry at Women's Council, Delta Association of REALTORS® and the California Association of REALTORS®.

My strongest supporter and best friend is my husband, Dr. Craig Klooster; we live in Discovery Bay with our dog, enjoy boating and just relaxing on the deck. And YES, Cecily still manages to work in partnership with her clients to list and sell homes in East Contra Costa County.
