After touring for 10 years, he married Nancy, a Manhattan Beach girl, and settled in the South Bay in 1975. He obtained his real estate sales license in 1977 and has been selling homes in the South Bay and the Westside ever since. In 1992 he earned his broker's license as well as his designation as a Certified Residential Specialist. The CRS designation is the "PhD" of real estate held by only 5% of Realtors® nationwide.
Bob has shifted his musical career to his church where he plays keyboards and provides vocals with his worship band. He is also certified by the state as an Ombudsman, an advocate for the elderly.
