Before deciding on a real estate career Noe served 22 years in U.S. Navy (7 years in submarines) operating out of Hawaii. Noe began his real estate career in 1979 with the largest (400 full time agents) company in Hawaii. During a five year period he was a consistent top producer, receiving every major listing and sales award. In 1984 Noe formed an independent brokerage company continuing to provide, and improve the quality of professional real estate services to his clients. More than 95% of transactions are from referrals and repeat business from satisfied clients.
