Judy Zeigler and her partner, Mardell Pizzoferrato, have consistently been the Top Listing AND Sales TEAM since 1994. When they were previously associated with Prudential California Realty for 20 years, they each achieved the Chairman's Circle Award, which is the highest award given by the Prudential Real Estate Network to the top 3% of Prudential agents nationally and internationally. Judy was chosen the 1994 "Realtor^® of the Year' for the California Desert Association of Realtors^® (CDAR) and she served as President of the CDAR in 1995 and the Treasurer in 2005. For the past 21 years, Judy has served on the Board of Directors for the California Association of Realtors^® and was Awarded Director for Life. Judy has served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors^® for the past 11 years. When first selected, she was chosen as 1 of 25 Realtors^® out of 220,000+ Realtors^® in California to represent the State of California on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors^®.
